Tier 4 closure

Dear all,

From the 26th December, we will be temporarily closed again due to Brighton moving into Tier 4 restrictions as announced by the government today. We were due to be closed from Christmas Eve anyway, so today (23rd Dec) will be the last day we're open for a while.

  • Existing bookings from December 26th: these will be cancelled over the next couple of days. Refunds for paid climbs and sessions will be made automatically as part of this process, and you should receive the funds within 10 days.
  • Memberships: prepaid memberships will be frozen automatically from the 26th December, and any unused days will be available for use once we are able to re-open. We won't restart your membership until you decide to return again for the first time.
  • Multipacks and gift cards: expiration dates on any multipack climbs or gift cards held will be extended by the length of time that we remain closed.

Thanks once again to everyone who has helped support us through a very difficult 2020. We have no doubt that 2021 will be significantly better, and look forward to bright and fun times ahead. We'll keep you updated as to when we might be able to reopen again, but until then, stay safe and we wish you all a very happy if somewhat unusual Christmas.

James & Tom
