Covid Update - 30th Nov

Masks are again compulsory in our reception/café/shop area unless you are eating or drinking

From 30th November 2021, national rules on mask wearing have changed, and are now once again compulsory in shops and some other indoor settings.

At Boulder Brighton, this means that you must again wear a mask in our reception/café/shop area, unless you are sat eating or drinking (or are medically exempt). This includes when checking in, checking out, and browsing the shop. We still encourage the use of masks at all times where possible, and our staff continue to wear masks while at work - please help us limit the spread of new covid variants by following these guidelines.

Good ventilation continues to be a key weapon in the fight against transmission, and we'll be keeping our big industrial extractor fans running and the doors open as much as possible. On cold days this means it will feel cold in the centre - we recommend wrapping up well until you're fully warmed up.

Staff will continue to clean regularly and provide hand sanitiser for everyone’s use. As ever, please don’t visit if you’re unwell – we’re happy to give refunds.

Thanks and enjoy your climbing!
