Cancellations policy

You must give at least 24 hours' notice

We are strengthening our cancellations policy to discourage people from making last-minute cancellations or not turning up at all, as speculative bookings were making it really hard for some people to book sessions. Cancellations must now be made at least 24 hours before the session start time, and will not be possible after that.

If prepaid members or multipack holders do not turn up for their booked session, or fail to cancel it more than 24 hours before the session start time, the following measures will be applied:

  • Multipack holders: one climb will be subtracted from the account
  • Prepaid members: 3 days will be subtracted from the remaining membership period

We hate to add new rules but this seems like the fairest way to give everyone an equal chance of booking a slot.
