Download the RGPro Connect App on Apple or Google stores for easiest way to book
The easiest way to organise pre-booked sessions at Boulder Brighton is through the RGPro Connect App. This is available on the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android).
Download the app, search for "Boulder Brighton", create an online account and you're good to go. Through the app you can:
- see the latest availability for sessions at the centre, and book them
- save your personal details so you don't have to enter them every time you book
- save the details of other people you book for as well
- view "My Recent Online Bookings" for a list of your upcoming sessions and option to cancel if necessary
If you've previously used the app for member self check-ins at the centre, you should use the same login details as you always use.
Using the app to change bookings
In the app, under "My recent online bookings", you can see the sessions you have booked through the app (past and future). There is an option to cancel bookings (where applicable), so you can cancel and rebook for a different date if necessary. It is not possible to "move" bookings through the app, but you can cancel and rebook where necessary.
Please note that any changes to bookings made manually by staff at Boulder Brighton at your request will NOT be visible in the app, so you should rely on your confirmation emails for those. If possible, make all your changes through the app itself and you'll always know what's what. 😊
